what's next for Apple anyway?
a guy takes a bite of an apple during his lunch time & leaves it on his desk cause he was too busy to finish it...what happens the next day?
oh nothing much, he got sued by childish Apple for trademark infringement!
grow up Steve Jobs! we're getting tired of your 'point a finger to someone else to hide your shortcomings' scheme...
i didn't see LG suing you for copying Prada's design or Samsung suing you for coping Galaxy's design, so why are you being so childish over "square-ish" icons/thumbnails or whatever?

I think apple got delayed because
their iphone5 will not going to be
bestseller again because of other phone that
are less cheaper with better specs.
iphone5 will cost more or less 700 EUROS..
so that they have to sue other manufacturers
to maim them..

i think i know what is going on with apple after suing the company will not notice what is going on. And apple want's it 'coz apple stealing others patent.
I think apple forgot what was the cost of suing nokia.apple remember $650million.apple we did not think you have not a diesese like short time memory loss.

Anonymous, 27 Jul 2011My god, feels lika i'm the only one who understand what's g... moreActually, people were too busy and/or blind screaming "Samsung copycat" when Apple started to sue a few months ago about the Galaxy line.. whereas this line has been out for more than a year and Apple had no problem with it until SGS2 was ready to be launched. It's obviously the only way Apple has found with multiplying ads to not be smoked out by other brands.
How come LG hasn't been sued... Maybe people will start to think and open their eyes, which i highly doubt.

My god, feels lika i'm the only one who understand what's going on. Does not anybody understand that Apple messed up and delayed the iPhone 5 and is now trying to slow down Samsung and HTC Android devices. Apple is not going after any WP7 device from Samsung and HTC, only android ones. Apple need to slow down Android til they figure out how to make the A5 chip in the iPhone 5 not overheat so they can release that phone. Most iPhone users are gadget freaks that needs to get a new device every year. Apple delaying the iPhone for devlopement reasons means that more of the gadget lovers at jumping over to Android, i have seen it myself.

I'm sick of hearing about law suits and what not..... Technologies have to be shared to prevent market domination! Who created wireless communication anyway? Maybe the should run round suing every company that's ever used wireless radio communications!? Hahaha!
