Screen not responding in cold weather..
Crashing iPhone due to date-bug
Phone made slow for better battery life(yeah right)
Unable to make calls (T-Mobile Netherlands)
No wifi (greyed out)
Forced return to loginscreen.

So now the question.....witch brand is now mediocre????

Amazon, Newegg, B&H, Best Buy and many more US electronic retailers sells unlocked version of Huawei and Honor legally. Honor USA also sells unlocked Honor cellphone online.
US citizen still can buy and use Huawei or Honor cellphone.
Characteristic of US people, when prohibited instead tend to try.
            Let see the result.

Wondering what is worse, to have Apple dominating or letting mediocre Chinese brands inside the country, I guess neither :)

This definitely shows how USA is afraid of china.
                Despite everything is china made.
If China sacks all US companies from their market and stop creating for USA it would be my day of independence.
Try to imagine how much would cost Apple X made by US workers in USA :-)
I tell you maybe up to 1000 devices will be sold worlwide for the most richest persons on the earth rest will buy Huawei Mate Porsche design the most expensive android phone for sale.

This is exactly why China doesn't need USA. Huawei shouldn't be worried about the US market and keep all their good stuff for their own market and let these worthless Americans use sub-par goods. Make China Great Again!!

This is all because of the shady software the chinese government put into these phones. If the chinese government wasnt so vigilant of its people this wouldnt happen.

This is a negative to those who have Verizon or AT&T plans. I'm not sure if one can buy a Huawei phone shipped to the United States either. Whether it's possible or not I'm not sure. Either way, this is a negative to the United States market that citizens may want HiSilicon. What about the other phones manufactured in China, or even worse(sarcasm), made by Chinese companies like BLU, or OnePlus?

FCC director Ajit Pai was appointed by Obama in 2012 to bar Sprint's purchase of Huawei equipment. Obama chose him for his strong anti-China stance. He and Obama were also the driving force that banned Intel from exporting Xeon processor to China in 2015

Note7 owner, 30 Jan 2018Make America Great Again!! and make sure you don't let the AMERICAN consumer have any options.

Limit the options in the game, take away any incentive to do it better / cheaper, and watch the customers suffer in the end. Stupid gov't interference.

We almost watched this happen in the auto industry decades ago. Thankfully Toyota and Honda had the chance to save the big 3 back then. Showed them how to build a better car without giving it the European price tag. Of course it did kill the american weekend tradition of wrenching on the car to get it thru another week... eh good riddance to that tradition.

Let's not let this happen in the smart phone realm. Apple's already good at unoriginal, overpriced and now phones of questionable quality. Please don't encourage the others to follow suit. Competition drives creativity, quality, consumer options and a lower price.

Let's keep America great with the freedom to choose.
