Depending on just how fast nokia can get their new symbian line up on shelves, they just might be back on top as early as Q3 ending but definitely by Q4, new iphone or no iphone.
Fall in sales is primarily due to feb 14 and the resulting death in Europe. However the world's bigger than europe and with prices falling, i see s40 users hopping onto the symbian train.
I don't think Nokia WP devices would have any impact till next year. And even then, i don't see any symbian users making the switch. It goes against everything symbian stands for. For starters you could hardly use a wp without an internet connection. Android is more attractive in that respect.
In the 3rd world, blackberry is also coming strong. Their bbm service and partnership with operators for cheap internet is really driving up sales. I still can't figure why no other oem has though up something similar. and don't talk of whatsapp. if you've used both, yould see the difference. BBm is fully integrated and doesn't down your battery in 5hours.

Apple: 20.3 - 8.4 = 11.9
Samsung: 19.2 - 3.1 = 16.1
16.1 (Samsung) > 11.9 (Apple)
Seems that Samsung moves faster than Apple.
