You know what i am thinking? Samsung robbs people.
For example xiaomi dont need to do anything to sell their devices.
For 350 eur if a customer see 6GB ram and 125GB disk space along with 4400 mAh battery even a non clever one can count 1+1=win.
In case of samsung they spend billions on advertising each year. Only here in Slovakia a big promotion is ongoing each year. Thats a hefty ammount of money which Samsung uses just for a marketing and this hefty ammount increase price by some hundreds.
I can understand some marketing is fine but Samsung always pushing this to a tottaly different level.

My cousin works for Samsung so i know.
Its not even half the price you think it is.
Fact is that people behind Samsung must holds big standarts and their life which means every day drowning in riches is costly.
So they cant sell cheap.
And as you said paid people?
Do you know why almost everything is made in china?
Because you give few penny and people do make create develop etc.
No other country especialy european ones and north America ones works like that,

They pay much more for advertising in TV for their new phones than a whole production costs.
And they pay just for production for example SD845 has been made my Quallcomm and all their expenses are covered by quallcomm.
All Samsung needs to pay is for buying these new CPU and assembling to their phones. But they did not spend even a penny on research of SD845.
Most of their tech was also created by someone else this is how it works.

Samsung will charge you even for a phone with stats and specs from era 5 years ago.
Buying fiat for a price of rolls royce isnt option.

Not to mention Samsung has produced the SD, makes and produces their own exynos. Thw have to pay those workers and developers, build the factories and machines.
And again the top shelf displays and all the other chips.
All the features and extras in ui.
The free $100 headphones.
Between parts, factories, research and development, and software, and accessories they would be driving themselves in the ground selling these at under $500
There is a difference between buying all these parts. Especially some new some a year or two old and just slapping them all together with slightly modified roms
and actually having to develop and produce it all.
If you cant understand that you are being bias, not trying, or not the brightest tool in the thread.

Do you really think they add a 1000 eur starting price?
No they dont so what special on Samsung that he must sells for 1000 euros if Oneplus company can sell same phone for 600 why Samsung couldnt?

I just telling the truth as it is.
They dont even try.
All they focus is create as much a spossible and sell as much as possible.
Anything between like constant updates, research of better batteries, software and hardware optimalization gets aside. Thats the truth.
Reast this site speak of my words its self.
Every other day some bugs, laggs and other CASUAL problems are posted on this site.
For example my Lenovo Moto X4 came to market in middle of october with Nougat. After just 3 months i have an Oreo.
Samsung S8 came earlier than mine Moto X4 and still lacks of Oreo.
Even older Samsung devices dont have Oreo.
There is nothing more to be said about this subject.
I dont spread hate for nonsense but for certain reasons.
