well, that is the karma of the site, because as i have observed from the mobile-review.com, it is somewhat biased to one of the brands (i.e. SE, because they only make a details by details review on something SE new phones while the new features of others brands are always skipped). I hope, the site will not recover.

It is sad that people can go that extent to satisfy their own selfish needs. I had read the article on the iphone and to say the truth , it really gave me an insight into what the iphone carries and determine whether it suits my lifestyle. Everyone should be able to do that and kudos to mobile-review...great site for independent reviews. As for the hackers.....cheap way of doing things!

Have you all read the iPhone article? It wasn't all that bad and negative...
I hardly doubt, and it was never confirmed, that this attack is purely due to ONE iPhone article. There is far worse I have seen...
Stop raving on about Apple and see if for what it is: another hacker attack on a popular website. It's nothing new, and this "cyber-terrorism" has existed since the internet.

The BL-5C scandal of the Nokia phones was indeed just the tip of the iceberg. Apple also joined the fray. Everything follows a certain rule. Why? The world is round after all. And familiarity breeds contempt. Big Time. People should stop worshipping mobile phones and start treating it what it really is ... a phone ... a communicating device. Not a fashion accessory. Not a style statement. And definitely not a toy. Not a great camera for serious photography.
In other words, overfunded post teen people with their teen psychology have given these mobile manufacturers the euphoria of feeling-next-to-God. Shame on us.

Ignorance of all things is an evil neither terrible nor excessive, nor yet the greatest of all; but great cleverness and much learning, if they be accompanied by a bad training, are a much greater misfortune. — Plato ( 427 BC - 347 BC )
Dictatorship naturally arises out of democracy, and the most aggravated form of tyranny and slavery out of the most extreme liberty. — Plato ( 427 BC - 347 BC )
Excess generally causes reaction, and produces a change in the opposite direction, whether it be in the seasons, or in individuals, or in governments. — Plato ( 427 BC - 347 BC )

Beside the uncomplimentary review on Apple iPhone, there were also a review about recall of Nokia N76 about manufacturing faults. So you see, Mobile-Review is very fair. I think Apple iPhone was used as a scapegoat, there are more than meet the eyes.
As the site was based in Russia, could this be some thing more big, such as some Extortion Scheme that are holding www.mobile-review.com hostage ? Its a very popular website and I'm sure this down time will affect their advertising revenue.
I really hope it will be back online soon, I'm having MR Withdrawal Syndrome now :(

Its the obvious act of Cyber Terrorism by the people or Nation who are fighting the alleged war against terrorism. Which I can translate as alleged war to controll the world! simply deceiving the world.

once again its been proven that some people or u can say one nation wants to implement its mindset on others and forcing others to accept it as a truth by using whatever means including cheap ones. As in this case its proven once again. i think the fone manufacurer must have launched or arranged this attack on that website (unofficially) because to hack a prominent website its not the work of a small group of teenagers. something is really fishy man... i think they thought the only market which apple rulez has been challanged!

I read that review and liked it. What it said about the i-phone was mostly objective and true. Iphone is a phone with novel features but doesn't really score when it comes to telephony and the tried and tested technology that comes with Nokia and SE.
I pity these hackers... Nothing to do good enough with their time. It's shallow. Imagine investing all your emotions and effort to vindicate, through cyberviolence, a mediocre phone.
I would have probably understood if a group of people concerted an attack on a site which shows signs of racial or religious discrimination or violation of human rights...
I'm sure that this attack wasn't orchestrated by Apple. That would be so low. Maybe the hackers thought they would get some incentive through this act of loyalty? But of course, that would be stupid. It's just low.
