cozmo, 12 Feb 2018What do you mean by not alow you to root? In orderto make a full root and gain administrator access you first need to unlock the bootloader. Sony for example offers free official bootloader unlocking on their website. Nokia doesn't allow you to unlock it. Is it maybe because now they're a china company bloated with spying software that they don't want you to delete?
Anyway, rooting the phone will bring you nothing but advantages.
Only stupid people that have no clue what technology is will tell you that root is something obsolete. Maybe their brains are..

Even though I was sceptical about the all-new Nokia, I wanted to give them a chance. Hell, I even backed them up once or twice when I saw how fast they were with the updates (almost on Sony's level).
BUT! After being confirmed that you CANNOT ROOT NOKIA phones because they DON'T ALLOW you to do it, I've totally changed my mind. I hope they go bankrupt. You can keep your restricted garbage phones to yourselves!

          Spread the word! Nokia sux!
