My Moto E4 with SD425 and fingerprint scanner still work great as a backup phone. I'll wait for the G7 or E7 maybe.

With front fingerprint scanner they had plenty of space for capacitive buttons of feature in the sensor, what fail watch software buttons in the phone. If it cost as much as the Note 5 Pro it'll flop.

This should face tough competition from Redmi Note 5 series. SD636 in RN5 Pro is not incremental update unlike the SD630is.. The G6 series might loose some grounds as it goes against each other. Only take away part is AOSP UI with bit quicker updates, but next iteration of Mi's Android One would feature same SOCs as RN5 Pro so this would even worry Lenovo here!!

The G6 Plus is already destroyed by the superior Xiaomi Redmi Note 5 Pro with its SD 636. That's 6 nomenclature numbers more than the already outdated SD 630.

GB of Ram !? Less than 4GB or above (top model sd630 version has good price)
