I love the fact that Sony is so mysterious about upcoming phones. Honestly I think it's gonna blow us away. Can't wait to see it. (I'm going to get Xa2 when price drop but I'm curious about compact phone)

I just hope they finally wake from their slumber and make and release a true Sony flagship. And it doesn't have their usual defect of death.
And it doesn't have to go bezeless. They can make a bezeless phone. Maybe one of each. But don't go all bezeless. But don't have bezels as big as XZP either. Those were outlandish.

OLED costs 40% more than LCD. LG does not have small oled to sell.

Otherwise I agree they have been ruining themselves. The people who do the decision making for them are awful

I've lost all hope in Sony. If they don't bring something good to the market this year, they better pack up and go home.
It's beyond me how the hell they've failed in the mobile phone market so badly.. they make virtually all the camera sensors that other phone manufacturers are using, yet their phones have awful cameras. They make great TVs and projectors, yet their phones have bad displays.
Get your act together Sony or go home!

Hope for 5'' compact with same sizes, OLED screen, superb camera and ip67+.
With same current size. Not the one from rumors with giant bezels.

Still no leaks, nothing. I hope that they deliver a great camera on this thing. And that it will reach the market very, very soon. For that they could also use SD835 and later bring a upgraded version.

That would make the phone usable in controllers for drones, as an example. Also hope there are no curved screens. They can do what they like with the back... not of any real interest to me, but I do hope thier camera software is more intelligent this time around, with faster lenses.
