I believe Withings was a successful company unitl Nokia acquired them. These products cannot be called exactly smart watches, since they reproduce some of the functionalities of gadget like mi Band 1 and 2, but in more elegant manner.
Anyway, these are niche products for a different type of persons which choose by design, but not functions. For a small company like Withings such market was OK, but if Nokia is trying to make billions on relatively expensive simple looking things, this for sure is a problem.

When the real Nokia fails for the digital health business and LoT, HMD would be it's second Nokia as a back-up mission.

It could be interesting and thrilling if they apply the digital health business to relate their Nokia phones, that's a futuristic!!!!
