Everyone is getting so much robotic nowadays. In that time a step like this by the Motorola is really admirable.

level 2: mindfully mobile. I am rather dependent on my PC, a TV, or any display/monitor screen where I could watch movies and shows or where I am allowed to work on more productive stuff than I am dependent on my basic feature phone. My balance of life is not contending with phones but with a different but relative technological or computing device. LOL!

My phone is Motorola G4 Play. And I use it rarely. So I've not addicted. I've tired playing games. My phone lasts one week with 2800 mah battery. Good luck.

Alien , 22 Feb 2018I believe that kids should be introduced to technology soon... moreI agree what you my said. Programming is good thing to teach Kids, but I don't like idea giving child a phone when his 5-6 it makes them more dependent on this things later on, you can teach them programming on PC, not necessarily on a phone

You click the quiz link and the page says:

This year, the smartphone turned 10 years old

How do they figure? I had a Nokia E51 smartphone back in 2007. You could load apps; you could browse the Internet. What else must it do to be a smartphone? The Nokia Communicator is even older.

I am a level 2, according to the quiz.

But for a first question i put phone over a family.
All due to strained reliationship with my mom and brother.
They are tottaly different sometimes i feel like i am not a part of a family.
My father when he was alive was same attitude as i am. But hes long time dead. 22 years since his work accident. But as i said my mom and bro are alike but tottaly different than I.
Understanding either of them is tottaly difficult. Easier is to sleep in one cave with a Grizzly bear :-)

Also , please do not reward yourself by using your phone when you reach a goal, look for other rewards like ice cream or something you like!

Delete everything that's related to social media and make them study java and other programming language in a very friendly manner, under supervision. I've seen some excellent programming games for kids, that are fun and in the same time they actually learn something useful.
By the time they're 11-12, they will read through code like a fish swimming in water = nothing but benefits, scholarships, best collages, universities, best payed jobs.
Don't blame the internet or the kids, blame the stpd parents who should take parenting lessons loooong before they even start thinking about having a child.
Nothing is worse for a child than having bad parents with minimal skills.

Use it as a tool to learn not to waste your time in a communicating with others all day. Communication in person is best! I use it phone mainly for browsing, reading news, articles gsmarena :) if you just sit on it and play games or just chat uselessly this tool just harm you. Kids should only get phone once they are responsible enough, maybe when they 11 or 12 only. Younger than that you risking damaging their life with social network cancer, so think carefully what you really need and want from your device, maybe you don't need it to use so much as you think? :)
