I'm on my third N8 now and its going in to Nokia care tomorrow... first one had battery issues and a cracked hdmi port . Second one had a purple tint. and the current one has a proximity sensor that has a mind of its own so I cut most of my calls?! not to forget the daily reboot and hanging, failed ovi store installs and iceage social app.. I love my N8 and I love the N9 and my SGS2 But no phone is perfect ! deal with it.. and go with the phone you neeed :-)

People keep saying that 4.5" screen is too big, cannot be held, doesn't fit in pocket etc. What do you guys have in your pockets so that a 4.5" phone can't fit in there? I have the Infuse and I can still put more stuff in my pocket even with the phone there. Even 5" would still fit my pocket. Do you people have smaller-than-standard sized pockets? I just don't get it. Bigger also allows for more accurate typing, among other things.
The primary purpose of the device might be a phone, but it also has other purposes, such as being a portable media player, casual gaming device, navigation system, and web browser, all of which takes advantage of having a bigger screen.

I mean it d... moreActually its the high end CPU which makes the heating, people dont actually know what overheating means i guess. If it would overheat, it would be broken, it becomes warm and thats a thing, all phones in near future will do. The Camera of S2 is one of the best available for Smartphones till now and I dont know, how you know how good N9 is, if it aint even out on sale yet, because you watched 1 or 2 youtube videos and think you saw it under utilization, which is just sad dude. Other than that, all your arguments made me laugh, only thed speaker is a point which might be right, if it is so important for you to run around in a train with your music turned on, so you nerve other people. Your point 18 is actually the best so far, biggest laugh at that. Android got many updates, but MeeGo aint even out yet, how do you know, how many updates it will get, if even Nokia doesnt even want to make more Meego phones? Because they want to throw their money away, right? If I am right it took MeeGo more than 2 years for a real update from Meamo to Meego, so what about that? Ah and what you dont get is, that all people talk about cheap plastic, not because the plastic they use is cheap, its because it is plastic and not metal and as far as my info goes, the N9 uses plastic, too (so cheap plastic dude ;) ) Even though it doesnt lag till now, it doesnt support any apps, until a virtual maschine emulates Android to be able to run android apps and you really think, that a virtual maschine of a virtual maschine might run faster than the actual thing? Thats just sad man.

You must be joking ... interface lag .. =))
Your single valid point is the loud speaker volume which is indeed by default low, but it can be changed.
And the yellowish is on the left side, not just on the bottom left, but you must search for it, to find it. Enjoy your already absolete Meego device!

1. A dual core processor that still manages to produce interface lag
2. Battery that overheats
3. Cheap all plastic build quality
4. Flimsy back cover
5. Gorilla glass that breaks if dropped from more than two feet
6. Yellowish tint on the bottom left corner of the display
7. Poor in call volume
8. Cheap speaker that distorts and crackles
9 Large pink spot in the center of photos when using the main camera
10. Poor wifi
11. Bloatware in the form of Touchwiz
12. Lower resolution and less pixels per inch
13. Rapid battery drain when actually used (LOL)
14. Bluetooth issues, particularly when using an ear piece
15. Random reboots
16. Intermitent freezes for no apparent reason
17. No text reflow when zooming in the browser
18. A fragmented OS that may or may not be updated in 12 months time
19. An inferior camera sensor and lens
You keep telling yourself it's a better phone champ!
