Court rules in favor of FTC to proceed with 2014 lawsuit against AT&T

This pertains to a lawsuit that was filed by the FTC when AT&T was throttling unlimited subscribers without telling them.

    Every provider throttles down internet.
    SFR in France for the Unlimited Data throttles down or even cuts the internet after 100GB by sending a message to SFR users saying there has been excessive Data usage.
    LOL, it's an unlimited Data plan, What's excessive or not is the user to define, not the provider.
    That's why i download my games, movies and everything else with my Wifi. Someday i caught my provider throttling down my internet after 2TB Download in 3 weeks.
    I filed a complaint and ever since, the throttling never occured.

      Hopefully wont happen with data hungry devices on 5G.
