btw, I don't think Google can't add the support, they might feel unnecessary.

All HTC has to do is make this device, with HTC cameras. LG too (but with better cameras than last year). Perfect phone. Shame the cameras won't be Samsung/Pixel level.

6 inch? :( Xiaomi has already Mi MIX , Mi Notes etc etc with big screens, what if you want less than 15 cm height, less than 7,5 width?
