Unlike the Desire 12, the Plus model will be powered by a Snapdragon 450 chipset, though RAM and storage remain unchanged.

you say leaked, then you critic the bundled charger. not much rational i think. although bundling cheaper chargers in mid-rangers is a common scenario.

Mediatek SoC with sub 3000mAh battery... at this point I think HTC deserve to exit the midrange segment altogether along with the Desire line.
