Huawei P20 promo images show off the AI-powered triple camera

We're not 100% sure they are official, but they show that the third camera will be on a separate "island".

The third camera is always on, and uses AI to monitor and report on users who say anything bad about the new Great Leader For Life. :)

Or to take pictures of anyone who uses VPN to access forbidden by the Party sites or apps...

    I am quite disappointed now. RIP Originality.
    The guy who said that other brands wont be big as Apple as long as they only copy them was right.

                It seems that my prediction becomes true. Two tele cameras (monochrome tele and rgb tele) and one wide-angle camera. The aperture of the wide angle camera is f/1.8 instead of f/1.6, so I guess they increased the sensor size of the wide-angle camera in order to compensate for the loss of the monochrome wide-angle camera.

I have yet to see that in real (and can't wait) but i think you get instantly photos with perfect adjusting of light, contrast and focus with some learning curve from the device when you press the shutter even while moving. Whereas on "Sony's" you get something "mkayy" or blurry while moving or with contrast or lighting errors etc.. (i know that because i currently own a Sony Xperia X and that scene recognition in superior auto is overhyped. I m back from vacation and got a lot of missed photos on Xperia X. Samsung takes better contrasted/lighted photos in auto mode not even hyped and my last one is a S6 Edge)

                              Mate 10 camera has it's issues, but it has it's upside too. For example; Low-light performance & dynamic range is extremely good.

                                I won't buy a phone with the iPhone notch. I hate that notch. It's a shame really because I really like my Mate 10 pro and I wouldn't mind upgrading to the P20 but I certainly won't if it has an iPhone notch.

                                    I would actually say shoot less with ai, because of the extra picture stabilizing when shooting. That's why I only use ai for macro, and pro for everything else. Ai changed point and shoot to point and wait shooting.

                                      If you check the GSMArena tool, samples of Mate 10 Pro are awful.
