i went into carphone and they told me the 9900 didnt exist but the 9780 had just come out and was only available on £35 tariffs and above. i didnt think to check because i had to rush my disabled daughter to her hospital appointment and she really wanted the phone for her last 12 months with us before she passes. i really wish i went somewhere honest who would sell with integrity
