I think this has been the toughest test of all as regards to the 'bend test' let me explain.
The test itself is giving exercise to the muscles within the fingers, muscles expanding and contracting, which will lead to increased strength in the fingers when this exercise is performed over a sustained period of time. (JRE been going for drinks)
In short: tougher fingers = tougher test
