Huawei P20 goes to Geekbench running Android 8.1

14 March 2018
That's farm fresh Oreo right there. We do wish the phone had a bit more RAM, more than the P20 Lite, anyway.

That's resulting in better battery life but unable to receive any push messages. In that case, might as well get a feature phone. Don't even need AI for longer battery life.
Also, Mate 10 has a much bigger battery to being with. I don't see how AI helps with that. If Mate 10 pro has a smaller battery than S8 yet able to last longer than S8, I will then give the credits to Mate 10 AI.

Kiyasuriin, 14 Mar 2018Because every OS works better the more ram it has. I am not... more3GB-4GB is actually enough for current day to day usage, but putting 6GB-8GB would be a little overkill as of now, and have more future-proofing. But, the downside of putting such overkill specifications is, the increase of immature people. Remember when smartphones got thick bezels and people say it is beautiful? Yeah, it still looks beautiful when I look at my old Z series high-end flagships, same goes to my X series flagships. I forgot when but suddenly XIAOMI made a concept smartphone showcasing the definition of bezeless smartphone, the XIAOMI MI MIX, and this made people sort of attracted or let's say people are becoming like zombies to the trend which is increasingly seen now, and when u tell a person about a smartphone with thick bezels, they will be like "Boo! Big bezel smartphones suck!", same goes to the RAM configuration, previously people are already satisfied with 3GB RAM, but now there is a increasing trend of putting 8GB RAM on a smartphone, and when people look at a 3GB RAM smartphone, they say it is crap as hell. Like the display, previously people liked IPS LCD displays, their colours are natural and it is somewhat excellent in my own opinion. But, newer display technologies came, and what did the people say? "IPS LCD suck! I don't want to see a IPS LCD on my smartphone!" There are a lot of things that people got sort of "zombified" in the smartphone world, the display, the RAM, the CPU, etc. A few years back when I'm starting to become a tech junkie, I don't know anything about tech, I'm only interested in it but I don't understand, but there's one thing that I realize when I first stepped into tech between smartphone and pc; fanboyism. Yo, I have never seen such thing called fanboyism in pc gaming tech, people would be excited for any brand like MSI, ASUS, AORUS, EVGA etc for their new motherboards and graphics card. Even if they don't like it, they would be pretty neutral about it. While in the smartphone world, fanboyism is always a thing. I admit that I myself is a Sony fanboy, but I am not the type who goes around bashing brands like a immature freak and being bias about everything. What have the smartphone world made people into? Immature freaks? Bias thoughts? Hatred for the good tech we know previously which is replaced by the new ones?

In lab test on gsm arena, both galaxy s8 and mate 10 pro have about the sama battery endurance rating. Results? S8 cant even survive a day, while mate 10 pro easily survive 1.5 day. Proof? Go to mate 10 pro user comments, most of them an ex S8/Note series user, and the difference is real.

Learning algos could be useful here, if they're fast enough.
