Apple makes more than just iOS devices and they are doing well on mostly every product line they offer. They are far from falling... especially considering the immense amounts of cash they have.

If the ban was enforced by all eu countries, I hope Samsung sues the german court along with Apple for damage compensations.

Shame, poor Apple from a strange strange system. They loove democracy and freedom as long as they always win and stay dominant. Gooo Samsung Gooo..lets fight for true freedom the proper way.I will always support Samsung! Thanks for your wonderful products!

Please everyone just watch this movie about the history of Apple and Microsoft, then u can see what the true Steve jobs was really like. the movie name is "Pirates of Silicon Valley" He is just riding on the back of the company people who put him there.

Apple or german court should pay samsung for the loss.... Common loosers(apple)... Pay to samsung who is far much superior to you and will eat you upside down. Oh by the way. Wait for all android partners to sue you. Can you see it coming... I can see it... Se... there they are coming for you. Run as much as u can. LOL.

i can only say that steve jobs has foreseen the doomsday ahead of his products and he wants samsung be subjected to thorough scrutiny. thats envious.

I never liked Apple. Still the same. Now dislike going to be hate; they doesn't try to make some competitive devices; try to banning other's. Why they can't make some hitting devices? Banning is not good option for to be Great Names. One thing ; Apple screamed about their A4 processor in iphone 4; but some tech reviewers got that not much different architect there. Wave already silently performing there. Sorry , Apple I personally dislike you. items will be good; company behaviour want o be much pleasant.

shocking that apple is behaving like a spoilt child that just saw another person with a lollipop that looked just like his.im appalled by this behavior and frankly have lost alot of respect for this company.the reason why technology is so cool is competition.apple get back to innovating which is what you do best.
