Where did you find this information? There is no proof of apple being convicted of anything regarding HTC. Are you making things up?

I haven't owned an iPhone, but have used my friend's. right now I use the HTC Desire, I should say the iPhone is only better in terms of app a availability. otherwise, android rocks. plus it keeps getting better. soon Apple wil start using android. lol.

I've tried the sgs 2 and it was a poorly made lightweight piece of flimsy crap (and cost as much as an iPhone 4).
The iPhone just works and works beautifully. I got so annoyed at waiting for updates for my android phones. By the time I got updated there was a new version out which HTC then told me I wouldn't be getting. Ever.
At that point I realised that google and it's little gang of hangers on didn't give a crap about me. Only my money and that they only wanted me to keep buying their new phones every 6 months. I'm in a 2 year contract and the only phone GUARANTEED support for the whole two years is the iPhone.
Take my previous phone the HTC legend. It's only a few months older than the iPhone 4 and hasn't been supported for months.
My iPhone 4 gets ios5 update as soon as it's released same as the two year old 3GS.
Take your android crap and stick it. I'm happy where I am thanks.
Ps I've got some dog poo in my garden. It's a sloppy one so obviously fast. 50 quid if you want it. But I'm only adding go faster stripes to later poo and they ain't backwards compatible.

If that is true then get this Android is way more flexible than an iOs(AKA iSuck/iLame/iJunk/iSkunk/iCrap/iTrash/iOverrated/iUseless/iLooser/iWaste as you may). Okay if you say Android is overrated then I challenge you to tell me one apple product that is reasonably priced? May it anything from a shuffle to a mac. And please research for yourself for an apple product in comparison of it's equivalent product of another manufacturer and i bet you'll see the product other manufacturer that aint apple is far better compatibility wise, price wise and even quality.

My nephew has a car. He's kitted it out with all the top end stereo gear. Bass tube in the boot etc. I look at it and think. Yeah but your music is shit. Oh and you can't fit anything in the boot now.
An android phone is the same. All the specsheets read like a desperate salesman trying to sell double glazing. They look pretty but the apps are poo and the users are brainwashed fools.

Apple is the curse of modern technology. I guess apple sues anyone if their product in market is grand success. Till now HTC Smasung and Nokia. Since manufacturers like Sony Ericsson are not doing that good in the market, they're not yet sued!

Nokia-Microsoft will launch their attack on the smartphone market. iPhone 5 will sell at the usual steady pace, in my opinion. Motorola may make gains due to the Google Motorola Mobility deal. Android however may face increasing pressure, as the other manufacturers start thinking about Plan B, reacting to the Google-Motorola deal.
Woot! Can't wait. Let the fight begin!

It is just for advertisement. Before HTC, Apple was suing Samsung and HTC, because its been a year they have not launched next mobile phone which is Iphone 5 only rumours dont know it even exists. It is just to keep their name alive.

your presumptions are based on your own ignorance. you have no facts to back this up. read the others comments, android lover are able to state exact specs of the handsets, which wipe the floor with apple.
and with regards to the comments about people stealing apple's idea's.... what nonsense, apple has been sued 4 times in the last year because they have stole other peoples idea's. even their touchscreen technology they use was stollen from Nokia.
