Since everyone is talkingg how great the Flyme is...

Flyme is one of the best and cleanest UI i’ve ever tested along side with XperiaUI and LGUX
Unlike MIUI and EMUI etc. Meizu is the only chinese brand that has a UI with global potential.

The only bad thing here is that the rear camera makes the phone look like a fake iPhone X.
And it will take half a year before it will bacome available, in december Meizu announce that the M6s will be available in our country but until now nothing happens...

AnonD-731073, 21 Mar 2018i have a question from those who work with meizu phones ... morerootis not easy with Meizu phones, with MTK processors yes is easy as another MTK phone, but with Snapdragon isnt.

Now a general comment: This phone can be as good as it sounds but be aware than you probably will live with the same OS version forever since MEizu dont used to update theyr devices, only update Flyme UI nothing more.

I dont know who are working with Meizu with Snapdragon but my cousin have a Meizu with MTK processor about a year and still have it and they are slow as fk...really slow like you need to wait almost 10 seconds to load camera app and other apps. i dont recomend buying Meizu with MTK processors.

So far, ive only heard generally good comments about flyme and just a few negative ones. But id like to try it out personally.

As a first impression, yes, it sounds good (for its price segment).

I like it a lot. Hopefully they'll release a version with B20 LTE like they did with M6 Note. Although i'm afraid of their software updates, in the Flyme's forum, users usually laugh when someone ask for updates... Not sure if buy this phone due to software, it'll be amazing an Android One global version of these phone.

About time. Hopefully the company can work out Flyme bugs and most of all keep it updating more frequently or at all. That was the main problem with Meizu phones. Superb design, build quality, even cameras were all on level, they could even squeeze decent perormance out of MTK chips. But software support was lacking in many departments. Similar like ZTE's Nubias. Great hardware, poor software, no udpates, no security patches.
Let's hope with this new line of devices and most of all Snapdragon chips, this will all change. And with SD we can expect some decent custom roms to bypass Flyme UI if necessarry.
                                    All in all great news!

Thankfully this time around this Meizu sports "USB C", wondering why mess around with proprietary charging tech rather than simply supporting the universal "USB C-PD"..!!?!
