I deleted it last year.
My sister just deleted hers a month ago. My son deactivated his last year.
My son is 19 and he says none of his friends use Facebook anymore.

Not bad idea, my FB profile is pretty empty anyways. FB are filled by fake news and unverified sources, i don't buy into that but many uninformed and naive people do, so it's dangerous how the Zuck is allowing the twisting and alteration of reality, that dude and his FB needs serious adjustment.

I mean, that huge amount of money for buying Whatsapp is because the data AND phone number that they have. Building a messanger app is freakin simple. Yeah, that video calling, story, encryption chat are features WA has after FB acquisition. And strangely same feature as seen in FB messanger. So whats the point?
Same goes for LinkedIn acq that MS threw 40+B for just niche app.

Facebook bussiness plan:
1. Make social website/app
2. Gather ALL the data
3. Sell the data to ANYONE, and your advertising space to ANYONE (except the US agencys, then is free)
4. $$ P R O F I T $$
Who doesn't know this...
