Anonymous, 23 Mar 2018Samsung did that too. Remember that s pen insertion issue? That's user error. I can put diesel in my petrol car, is that Vauxhall's fault?
Nope, it's stupid, stupid users. Samsung were never at fault for that "issue".

This usually happens when you focus more on quantity rather quality. Every brand is running in a race to launch phone first without completely checking it properly for bugs.

Lot better scenario for samsung than phones being exploding !! Atleast they are acknowledging the issue unlike the friut which squarely dismisses as user problem

At least it's not blowing up. That's a health hazard.

At least Samsung is acknowledging the problem immediately, and working on fixing it.

If it was Apple, they would be blaming the customer and say "You're touching it wrong!".

I own the S9, and the only issue I have is the sometimes-failing FPS recognision. But I've bypassed by registering my Irises. And learning to type my passcode really fast.

Samsung C9 Pro... Touch Screen cause funny problem while put that on charging conditions whether it is with power outlets or power bank. But Normal situation it has No issues. I think this S9/S9+ users reported mostly when it comes to use the phone while charging. Samsung can look on that.

My J7 Pro has the same problem of the screen randomly not registering touches. Even when the icon shows the animation of being touched, the app does not launch.

                                Issues are beginning! Lol

I hope this will be the only issue with this phones, and that the new aperture solution won't do as some S8 units with their autofocus.
