Team of gsmarena, please do some testing with the Pro thing directly in Paris. We want to see how it works in low light and if it´s really better than the competition. Thanks in advance.

I still agree that we should have the option for separate ports, and with new phones lacking a 3.5mm connection I will be forced to buy a Bluetooth-to-3.5 receiver so I can connect it to my car and listen to music while still charging my phone (or risk the battery dying out during navigation). When it comes to headphones, I personally use wireless ones to avoid the fuss altogether.

My daughter, for example, has an iPhone 7. No headphone jack, and she is a regular headphones user, means that after 6 months, her phone no longer charges reliably. With a headphone jack, she would have had far less wear. I'm an adult, with an office job, so I have less need to use the headphones jack, so perhaps I could cope without the jack. My personal daily driver is a 950xl. It is a little old now, so the battery is not as robust. But the thing charges flawlessly, still. Possibly because for the first few years, I rarely needed more than an overnight wireless charge. My 920 still charges fine from the wire too.

Wireless charging? Amazed Huawei don't add it. In fact, I am amazed that all flagships don't have it. The Pixels, the HTCs, Huaweis, all omit a cracking feature. With so much extra wear on the usb port, due to omission of headphone jack, you would think it would be the obvious thing.
