I liked his way of presenting, although he seemed high.
His way of speaking reminded me Beavis and Butt-head.
It was as if he was trying not to laugh at himself and the new phones he presented.

He is not a native English speaker. Yes, they can easily replace him but that's not how they see us. He seems to be too passionate about launching a new phone and he can't care less for his accent.

Oh my God...
That poor CEO is killing the presentation with that thick accent. I had to close the live-feed...
Please Huawei - If you are going to spend alot of money on such a classy launch, then get some one professional to do the presentation.
