        Well it is up to definition I agree! 7 months is just nearer one year than zero. So what I mean I was early customer when this phone did come out less that one your more than half of year ago :) good allmost compact phone in anyway!

              AnonD-725644, 28 Mar 2018Every market gets a price cut for XZ1 and XZ1 compact but n... moreHere in Argentina the story is also the same... even the official Sony store still sells the XZ1 at more than US$1000... moreover, crazier enough is that the XZP and XZ1 Compact didn't reach any carriers here or the Sony store itself... and you should get them imported (plus taxes) via Amazon or buy locally at other place with approx the same wage and an undisclosured warranty (not with Sony) that last as long as 6 months... (:rant :rant :rant )

                  That's a really good deal.. Totally worth buying over XZ2 Compact considering these are the last Sony phones with that legendary design.

                      Very good phone with amazing battery life.
                      I'm a light user but Bluetooth,NFC,4G are always on,
                      listen a lot to music with it and few pictures.. that's all.
                      Got already more than 5 days on one charge.

Only problem is that it is a Little bit too big to my taste, but still it is the best in the market considering the size and hardware!
                        There is real lack of good compact phones. There Are Many good big phones to chose From, not so Many small ones. Most smaller phones Are really lacking in the hardware side... some iPhones, Sony compact and... well all the other Are low range phones or much bigger in size.
