Samsung Always-On Display updated to support GIFs

You can now set a GIF to adorn your Always-On display on the Galaxy S8, S8+, or Galaxy Note8.

what about those A series phone from samsung that have Always-On Display

    Might want to use the word "animated" in front of GIF for the article. Since a GIF is also a static image format.
    Cool feature. But a waste of battery like someone else said.

      Not working for S8 950F in South Africa running Nougat 7.0
