It was LACKING it's own app store? Why does anyone need a separate app store? Like with Samsung, it just occupies space for nothing. I never use it and it does nothing that the Play store can't. It is actually worse.

I get it if Huawei are only releasing their app store in China but its not it will be released globally.
So UK and US Huawei users will have the Google Store and Huawei's own store too exactly like how Samsung do it.

I trust them. But your right about samsung with the way its been. I'm a long time samsung users since the galaxy s4 and I feel that Samsung is trying to play catch up with the competition have made them lost track with the loyal consumer. A galaxy phone today looks almost like any other phone.offer the same hardware with sky high prices compared to the competition. Back in those days you buy a galaxy if you don't have the money for a iPhone but now Samsung cost the same as an iPhone.insane.

Compared to Samsung this is good idea.
Samsung can only develop exynos and then use Snapdragon anyway a total waste of money and people still buy like and love Samsung :-) !!!What a waste!!!

They are scared of competition on the spying field. Huawei have amazing cameras and FLAT screen. I literally hate the edges, and low mah batteries. I was a Samsung sheep before, till I saw they screwed up in evolving and just devolved more and more. Op is a great phone, but low end camera. Sadly. HTC is a dead company. Pixel is a beta phone, at least pixel 2/xl. Great camera though. LG is ok, but not that great. Also small batteries. We are in 2018, so 4000mah should be the standard size. For me, the camera + battery + performance and screen are what counts the most.

Instead of bringing down own ideas they copy others like amoled instead of retina face unlock IP67/68 certification from Apple 7 and so on.

They try so hard to be apple and samsung level even going as far as stealing users information and privacy. Trying to download apps from their app store is like downloading malware into your smartphone for free. Google play store is the way to go.
