Already seen Xperia xz2 in DubaI. Phone is very very good if you see in real. High end quality with great screen and Camera and it looks great in Hand also. I think this time we should give credit to Sony.

How did Sony come from trend-setters like the Z1 and Z3 to uninspiring and cheap-looking phones like XZ2? Why do people buy this stuff?

Ugliest ever flagship design from Sony but it's better than having a notch.

Preorder extras not yet announced. Might vary by retailer.

Thank goodness... no notch. The notch is terrible as manufacturers are releasing software updates to disable or hide the notch by altering the screen... counter productive design to include it and then release software to adjust because of it.

Too late Sony. If the XZ2 Compact had been available soon after MWC I would have jumped on it - impulse purchase. But after comparing the XZ2 Compact to my current XZ1 Compact the only thing I gain for $650 is a slightly bigger screen, a faster processor, ability to handle a larger Micro SD card, higher screen density (which doesn't matter that much to me), and some extra weight. The XZ2 really appeals to me but common sense says I think I'll pass. Maybe next time Sony reveals a new model they'll make it available in the US a LOT sooner.

Now they just need to produce a premium version. Preferably at the 6.2 to 6.3 inch mark.
