Notch is a lot smaller. If there would be no notch : it copied form VIVO Apex. This is how it works. Real innovation appears once in 10 years. The first Iphone was a copy of some symbian touchscreen with better tech. Let's be honest. There is a traceable evolution line in these trends, and small constant changes lead to this. Human race is really capable of innovation. We just improve, change, and negate the past most of the time.

            I am a 1+3t user.. it is a great mobile but software is its biggest weakness. They are slow with updates and most of the times t is just bug fixes.. no new feature.

                      Secretly all handphones in the world were design by 2 people only!!! One from US and one from Korea but they work in Shenzhen.
                      That's why all the phones looked the same!!

                            D, 13 Apr 2018Name a company that doesnt copy?Sony, HTC (not 100% sure about the U12 yet, looks like V30), Google, LG (G7 will reportedly copy notch tho), Motorola, Blackberry, Samsung.
                            Apple copies features for iOS and may copy the triple camera (however most companies will probably end up using three cameras in the future anyway)

                              Well Accepted, Most Chinese Companies Copy design from Top Tier Manufacturers. But that doesn't bother me as long as the Device is good at a fair Price.

                              Don't Know why people are complaining. If you Like it, Get one and if you Don't like it, move on. Simple !! Complaining is not going to change anything.

                              You not buying the phone is itself your response to the company. Think about it !!

                                  Think its going to have to be a Pixel as my next phone.

                                        D, 13 Apr 2018Name a company that doesnt copy?All Tier 1 Brand - Samsung, Apple etc. They redesign their own stuff not just copy the whole phone or they don't try to mimic the other phones. There is a big difference in re-designing and copying.
