And a wise Sceduler that knows when to unleash the beast. I'll take the best cooling method available. And try to tweak the cores to achieve the scores of the Monsoon cores. Having it 4 Monsoon-like cores (will be activated upon entering a game), and 4 A55 cores. (For standard use like Facebook, whatsapp, etc) and have it paired to 8 GB of RAM. As for the GPU. I'd try to make something that beats Adreno 630. And all that while trying to keep below 5.5w/h of peak preformance. That I'd call a gaming chipset.

    a gaming phone with 18:9 screen !?!

In tech world, gaming devices are usually more powerful than normal variants, but in mobile world, I don't see the point of this. Any device sporting latest SoC like the SD845 will be top notch and will run every game out there perfectly. Extra features such as stereo speakers are welcome, but certainly not unique and restricted to the "gaming class" devices. Also the 120hz displays aren't fully utilized by games since devs won't support them until they become mainstream. I think, at least for now, gaming phones will distinguish themselves from other phones by having bigger batteries and heat regulation.

I think three-second is longer than that

Kiyasuriin, 13 Apr 2018It's a gaming phone. You need some bezels to hold the phone. And for front facing speakers too, hopefully it is Dolby Atmos

Based on previous spyshot this Blackshark also has some kind of attachment, but perhaps not as elegant the the Motorola one.

Definitely a niche device. However, it'd be interesting to see it have a go at razer. And red magic when it comes out.

When I look at my phone I don‘t think „ohh those bezels take up too much space“ no I think „Luckily I got a phone compact enough to hold it with one hand, and it looks pretty“

The only OEM who did Gaming Phone right was Sony. Xperia Play was such an awesome device, just a bit ahead of its time.

It looks pretty small & thin for a gaming phone what a fail

Surely if it's a gaming b phone then a dedicated game controller support must be included even Razer got that wrong

But the storage is indeed low for a gaming-focused device. What's the point in top-of-the-line specs if they get ruined by the low read-write speeds of an SD card.
