Awesome design with awesome price but 128GB and no sd card use it as your primary phone and storage will burn down in a few months anyways for that price your getting more than almost every other phone

Pabliell, 13 Apr 2018Headphone jack doesn't use almost any space, told you, go s... moreif salt water touched the jacks they will glitch and to make them water proof (with the glitch effect) you need to make the metal around it thicker and the length/thickness of the port forces them to take more space
and I am not sure about the jack being batter the the USB in audio quality I watch FHD videos with high frequency audio with out a problem
any way they are just following a trand by Apple but Apple done it to increase the sells of wireless headphones and trand followers are just brainlessly helping them
BUT XIAOMI removed the jack in the MI6 to add "splash resistance" so.......
let's do a water test ;)

And USB is shitty for audio, dongles won't fix that.
Not putting headphone jack is simply being lazy. Sony did it for years with waterproofing, Samsung still does it, it's not that difficult.

This isn't better than razer phone, it ABSOLUTELY demolishes it!
1. Razer 120Hz screen is utter garbage, it is dim, and it uses much more battery than it actually should. Btw, no games run smoother than 60fps anyways so it is pointless
2. S845>S835 so gamingwise it means superior hardware for better ingame performance.
3. Speakers, true, not as good as razer's but good enough
4. Battery life is just poor on razer due to its subpar screen, this one has efficient but more powerful S845 chip and 4k mah battery, so I expect at least double the battery life
5. Grip is much improved for better grasp of the phone
6. You get a free/cheap controller while razer gives you nothing
7. Pricing is way more affordable than razer
8. Supposedljy way better camera
So to sum up: not only it has everything better than razer for gaming (speakers excluded), it costs good 200 euro less.
No brainer, this is what razer phone should have been, this is what true gamers want, not some gimmicky 120hz on otherwise bad panel, 2h of gaming battery life. Sure, you don't get a razer logo with this one, so your 15yo friends will mock you

But the sound quality from usb is terrible compared to the hsj. since they seem to use cheap ass dac in majority of devices.
that 18:9 is a fail though. 16:9 should be the only standard

Headphone jacks are the best if you want a good quality audio. And the space they use is meaningless, just look for some teardowns just how much space it takes. Not putting them is just being lazy and following stupid trends.

They didn't promise anything about 120 Hz refresh rate. They only promised the performance of the device for a very affordable price range so snap out of it unless you design your own phone.

XIAOMIs advantage is price to proformence specially on gaming but cameras?
the hardware is great except the EXTREMELLY thin adopter (F number) but the big problem is there in house ISP it is a 2160p focused ISP for them 2160p is SOOOO awesome and MUCH more useful then smooth 1080p (i am talking about the hefty price tag for a 4K monitor) and there slomos are maxout on 120fps 720p which is $HITY just after the MI5s 120fps 1080p BUT then removed the slow mos and smooth videos on mi5s plus then poped out on Redmi NOTE 4 after that XIAOMI add 2160p and sticked to it until now
the $HITY thing is that All the snapdragon 800 series (as I remember) support 60fps on FHD 120 on HD and 30 on 4K until snapdragon 845 came with double the HD speed and double the FHD and double the 4K even ASUS has that (except on 4K) so way the old ISP?
What is EVEN $HITYer is that MI6 removed the 3.5mm jacks to have "splash resistance" will if you covered the USB port you will have FULL water protection
