Verizon users notified of Oreo update for Galaxy S7 and S7 edge, don't get it

The Verizon Support page extols the virtues of Android Oreo, but what use is that if the update is just a security patch?

            I bet it’s going to buggy as hell. I would rather wait a few weeks and read about experiences.

                Well, as a flagship we know (almost) have 2 massive updates (S6 had Lollipop and was updated up to Nougat), maybe we just need to wait a little more time.

                  This is another reason why Samsung sucks. They take too long to provide OS updates.
