Despite the mediocre chipset, people will still buy it because of samsung, dual camera, infinity display, and “the look” of flagship.

First of all please correct the following:
First Paragraph under the Video (Which is deleted),Line 2, "A6(2108)" is wrong.
First Paragraph under photos, Line 2, "A6(2016)" is wrong.
Exynos 7870 can perform 7 fps seamlessly with HD+ display.
Snapdragon 625 can perform 6 fps seamlessly with FHD+ display.
Both are appropriate for Budget to lower mid range use.
Remember that Galaxy Note Edge and LG V10 were able to perform 6.5 fps and they were good enough to perform graphic related tasks.
The only drawback for E7870 is LPDDR3 RAM. Octa-core in 14nm with 1.6GHz is both efficient and standard performer.

A Series with 720p (+) resolution? Is this 2015?
It looks good, only resolution is small, but maybe this is new budget phone from Samsung, and its here to replace for example J5 (2017) because back looks similar with antena lines, alu unibody.
