Hello moderators, I made an innocuous comment about the notch being bearable as long as the phone comes with headphone jack and sd card slot, and it got deleted! Come on! How does it contravene the posting rules? There are people bashing and name-calling brands and their comments remain?

So, even the wide angle camera is a question mark now?!!!
It is the only original feature that makes LG stand out of the crawd. If LG decides to replace this feature with telephoto or another non-sense feature i will switch to other Android brand for sure.

Samsung is known to release OS updates late but right now they are about to upgrade 2016 models to Oreo. LG did not even send me the Oreo update for my G6, tnye current flagship.
They should just give up and stick to making components for other brands. That's the only thing they can do within their mobile division.

Because previously photos taken on the LG V30 F1.6 aperture camera, in some situations the white balance got overblown, it may be useful in low-light photos, but it sometimes destroys the white balance in daylight photos, might as well decrease the aperture size. Well since the rumors already shown that it will be using the same aperture on both the primary and secondary camera, we have no choice but to just sit back and watch how the camera on the LG G7 ThinQ stacks up with the competition, hope that the results are promising

LG G6 had a more unique and interesting design. Especially on the back in the area of cameras and fingerprint sensor where people could recognize a funny emoticon. Not this area looks like standard setup on many other phones. Overall design is not inspiring either. They spent a lot of time and designed something faceless. This phone looks like midranger device ( in fact it's closer to midrangers rather than flagship devices)

I smell the same problem as always, the dual sims will be only available in asian area or in other words, any of their asian DS models are not allowed to unlock the bootloader, they are still very bad updating their phones and i can't believe about the reliable future of the supposed software center that probably still has only four bricks built. No dual sim for Europe = No buy, tiny 1µm sensors = No buy. 3000 mAh for 6.1" and LCD? It reminds me the Motorola_Lenovo Z series, Lol, buy thick cases mod with extra battery. No thanks.

Still mixed emotions (mostly due to the horrible & stupidly copied notch). But at least let's hope that it will include a 6GB RAM as standard, a minimum of 64GB internal storage (if not even 128), of course 100% an SD slot. And at least a slightly bigger battery, although really well done to LG if they really are going to include the QC4, etc. (hopefully Samsung & the others will take note, & not the very old {4 a top flagship} QC2.0). So let's wait until tomorrow and hope that overall it will be a real honourable competitor to/for the S9 duo and all the others...
