Hi guys, will these 2 devices be supported for the 18 month constant google os upgrade OTA as google has commited itself to, or will this support start for devices that will be released after the official Icecream Android release?
I'm eyeing the Nexus Prime as my next phone, though this one has a great screen.Let's hope since samsung releases the nexus prime that they'll use a similar screen. As for the talet,it's great for portability, will Amazon's compete in screen quality with this?

I don't understand the Note. They could've just given the Tabs the digitizers instead. Plus it's too big for a phone and it may overshadow their flagship GSII.

The IrDA on the 7.7, try to make it a control for the home entertainment system?
but y still put a 3.0m back cam? simply becoz sammy has tons of stock? com'on 7.7 is small enough as a single-hand operated camera, even with touch screen.
More, who knows how the OEM case would come up with some crazy/ bright idea

I don't consider anything below 7" as being a tablet - whether that's what it's called or not - as anything below that simply doesn't allow me to interact with the screen differently in any significant way than any large-ish (~4") mobile phone display would. Obviously, Samsung holds a similar view hence the Gingerbread instead of Honeycomb. Of course, how big a phone can get before it's too unwieldy to carry as a phone is a different matter altogether.

what a bunch of craptastic gadgets... they both useless 5.3 inches - too big to be a phone, 7.7 inches - too small to be a proper tablet...

2011 is samsung's year. After sgsii, this tablet and the note there's nothing else for consumers to want.

My God, what a phone/tablet they announced!!! I am shocked!
