Since Android is passing the app store in total apps, you're grasping at straws. Any good app comes to android and ios so whats the point of comparing apps. Only 5 percent'of apps are regularly downloaded. Do people use smartphones for dum things?

I remember using ipod touch a few years back ,and when i come to this iOS images my only thought come to mind are What a disorgnaized ugly OS!! I cant belive i've been using this crap! well least they improving hardware now. Iphone was never about software anyways

it is really funny that most of wp7 user said that they can't put off the phone from their hand because wp7 is addictive. i think you should try it for a week first to understand the ideas and its really not boring at all.
no geek customization at all,simple and ready to use but still give you fresh design, cool themes and animation, overall wp7 is a lot better than the grid icon phone with stealing notification scroll down, you can claim it simple but "i" think its what dumbphone OS does
iphone sell better because it is a trend and most of iphone user just to afraid to learn other OS, it is the same situation with symbian fans club few years ago

Not sure why you need to spout vitriolic hatred of a phone that you neither have nor need though..
I personally NEED sky go on my phone. I NEED to be able to slot it into my arcam rcube & have a high quality home stereo. I NEED to trust that the apps I'm downloading are not full of malware & viruses.
I don't NEED FM radio as it's being phased out in favour of DAB in the UK as part of the digital switchover. I don't NEED a phone with such a thin plasticky back that I feel it will snap the minute I remove it. I don't NEED to feel that another OS is getting all the development of new apps ahead of mine.
& for all those who think that the iphone is just about apps.
that is all ANY smartphone is about. The whole point of a smartphone is that it runs an OS on which you can install & run 3rd party software (ie. apps). This has been true since the days of the handspring treo smartphone & the old window's mobile phones etc.
Without the ability to run apps then it's just a feature phone. (hence the need for android market, ovi store, appstore etc).
Anyone who thinks their smartphone doesn't use or need apps is obviously not as techy as they'd like to have us think & would maybe be better off with a feature phone as the power of a smartphone is wasted without the software to run on it.

I feel sorry to say that apple let us Down SO down with this BAD news,
Its seems to be APPLE doesn’t understand the market and what the consumer wants really!!!
1-Its smart phone so screen should be 4.5” minimum in these days.
2-Smart phone peoples uses e-mail heavily so (we) need big screen, as well as surfing the net which is a must
3-Better display quality we need (HD)
4-Gaming is one issue for a better disply and bigger screen.
5-Bigger and better battery with direct solar back charging
6- free Visual radio or just radio is a must and very much needed
7-Open Bluetooth so we can transfer files as we like and need.
8-Not less than 8 mp camera and 2 led flash (HD shooting and recording)
9-We need SD card regardless how many GB I Phone 5 will have
10-And the list goes on and on
Finally to get all the above and more will be through Samsung Only in these days they are perfect in every thing and the do things that we can’t imagin
