I have the XZs and cannot maintain a stable wifi connection since the Oreo update back in December 2017.
I've written many emails to Sony and many many other people have too as we are all experiencing this issue. Just check out the Sony Support forum if you are thinking of buying a Sony phone.
Sony support is the worst in the world!
Killed my phone after owning it for just 5 months....it worked very well on Nougat.
PS. I apply every update every month

Samsung after releasing a new version in a very late time they keep fixing it until the other new version arrives, so i think you are talking about a Samsung from another dimension.

Unlike SONY is vice versa and there cells last with updates and quality performance product.

In fact, Sony has there cells running smooth as butter on there updates unlike shame have many glitches, even with there updates.

So please gets a clue mate. Hehehe

Wow...my Performance US version gets updates all the time. But my Performance Dual (Hong Kong variant) never gets updates. It's still on 7.1.1 with August 2017 patch.

Teikoku, 08 May 2018"Sony phones Never get updates" f u haters my Z5 had 7.1.1 ... morePerhaps it's because Samsung don't rush out the updates and concentrate on getting the update to work first without the need for lots of further updates. If there is a problem (as was the case after the extensive Beta testing of Oreo) they will pull it and get to the bottom of the problem before releasing.

Does that never occur to you? Or are the "I got it first na na na na na" childish bragging rights more important to you .... even though it's effectively a Beta that you are taking part in.
