No it doesn't, excluding any eventual xda work, Xiaomi didn't officially give Treble to the A1.

Huawei Honor 7x got Project Treble as part of its Oreo update. It can now be had on basically every smartphone.
And Mi A1 actually has Project Treble support AFAIK.
Maybe they only prioritized their flagship first before their mid rangers, but they will definitely get the update soon, and that's the main thing.

Why the hell are the Nokia 6 and 7+ getting access to Android P Beta while the Xiaomi Mi A1 is getting left out and instead the Mi Mix 2S is the one to get it? Doesn't make any f-king sense. Get your shit together Xiaomi! This is not why I bought a Mi A1 2 months ago. I feel scammed.
