AnonD-694886, 13 May 2018Motorola is owned by Lenovo.Lenovo is Taiwanese not Chinese.

Lol. Lenovo can't compete much on other Chinese companies like Huawei and Xiaomi.
Maybe some people buy this for the product itself. (Even if this not true Motorola anymore because Lenovo bought their name) :(

Quite possible that these may be Android Go version.
Low specs low price tag is what go version meant for.

Three rumors about the Moto C:
              - Both will have MTK 6739, but the Moto C vanilla will come capped at 1.2 Ghz. Plus will be 1.5 Ghz
              - Moto C will have 1GB RAM / 8 GB ROM, C Plus will be 16 GB ROM
              - Moto C will be Android Go. Moto C Plus too.

PS: Moto X seems to be alive, but will be H2 2018 with Android One and Snapdragon 66X

They'll put the same MTK 6737 and we know that :/

Unfortunately for whatever price Motorola offers their phones there are better deals out there because they can't compete with the Chinese companies. Western companies need to radically change strategies just to survive in the market.

As to expected, the older ones are €60 to €100 in my country.
