Oppo should stop this slogan, "Selfie Expert". Sony is the real deal. It's expensive, but it is truly the only FFC that gives more pleasing selfie photos than most of the competition (together with the Pixel 2/XL) sans the brand new XZ2 that is a bit disappointing.
The best company for attracting fools, but the worst of all products, period.

Even the ones from Huawei and Xiaomi.
The only thing is that the ones from Oppo and Vivo are totally ripped off from iOS.
MIUI and EMUI at least still have the identity of an Android phone, while ColorOS is the same as the one found in cheap iPhone replicas.

Out of BBK's babies, Oppo is the worst.
Vivo is okay, but overpriced IMO. But it's the only decent one of the three brothers. OnePlus is going nuts with pricing, despite the really good products.
And Idk why they aren't selling that well in the US, where most people are SnapChat addicts.
Yeah that app isn't optimized for Android, but most US girls don't know that, and that they can be easily impressed with amazing specifications.
The problem in the Philippines is that people want to be like US girls that takes lots of selfies using iPhone rip off devices.

It's all about the sensor size and pixel size now, even if a smartphone have high megapixel count, if the sensor size or pixel size is small, it will still be crap, the more important one goes to the sensor size. Hey, u should educate your classmates a little, I really don't wish your that few classmates to go too hardcore on their favorite brand; being a fanboy of one brand is fine but being a hardcore fanboy that bashes at everything and thinking that their brand is the best is something very weong already. Let me tell u, right now when I looked back at my early days when I just started learning technology, I was a hardcore Sony fanboy, and I actually admitted that now. Whatever SAMSUNG fanboys say about Sony I would always say back and defend everything, saying that Sony is the best (Yes, this is how I was in GSMARENA back then xD). But as I learn more technology stuff, my image changed about other brands and even my favorite brand, Sony. This time, I know what are the good and bad of other brand and Sony. Hardcore fanboyism is typical for those especially without any knowledge about technology, tech junkies like me are the ones who isn't the blind fanboy and only hates on something if it ain't useful (Or u can say useless)

I don't know why Chinese companies still using their slogans that most techies won't care much because of how terrible their products are. Even my classmates say that Oppo F5's FFC is way better than Samsung's S8 or Note8! They are also defending their product that is real trash for me. Sony's sensors are the best of the best. Megapixels don't matter, Sensors do.

Over the years the one and only brand I always hate is OPPO, because they can be considered as the Chinese brand that copies a lot of stuff that is Apple inspired, even the two other "child" from BBK which is OnePlus and VIVO didn't went to the extremes like what OPPO did. Yeah it is a fact that u hear OPPO everywhere in Singapore; a lot of people use it, but I don't look at the quantity for brands, I look at how they advertise their products. OPPO managed to have that many users is because of how they advertise their products. Selfie Expert with the Beauty AI, urgh the most unrealistic crap ever. I mean, who wants their faces to look artificial? Probably those who are obsessed with selfies, putting a lot of makeup. Their Selfie Expert slogan is just straight up bullshit, like seriously. Even if the people are obsessed with selfies, they opt for Apple, SAMSUNG, Sony etc. Oh yeah, HUAWEI is increasing too. These are the real selfie expert smartphones u should invest in, even if they are expensive for some, but they offer natural colors on some without the use of beautification

Also, F5 Youth was a popular Oppo phone here though. Now this F7 Youth with many features removed, Welp....
This is worst company to produce their own OS that has a big inspiration on iOS, which is very disgusting!

Why remove the essentially standard feature of this smartphone age??
It's not like I'm expecting something decent from a worthless Chinese rip-off, but their previous Oppo F5 Youth didn't cut too many essential features from the main model, which is why it sold well.
Oh well, no amount of marketing can make the phone anything good.
Thanks to Huawei and Xiaomi, Oppo an Vivo are in a serious pitfall right now here in the Philippines.
