my bet Snapdragon 636 chipset with 4GB of RAM!
it's simply cheaper for LeMotoNovo to buy the Snapdragon 636 chipset in bulk for the upcoming Moto Z3 Play and the Lenovo Z5 for bulk production of those phones.
the 45 days stand by feature is nothing else but what came with the Lenovo P2 "Power saver Switch" on the left side.
it's software throttling for the chipset and disables most background task to save battery.
but I do hope that the Z5 comes with at least a 5000mah battery and an AMOLED screen!

i think it will have a corner-notch. but i believe if they design it well and with some software help it can still be quite good

Till they show the notch at the square and how big is plus allow unlock the bootloader knowing their NULL updates and future prospect of Lenovorola's Android, not interested. Watch to believe, for now are only smoke's teasers.

When then complained in the official forums and the official reddit the craziest thing started to happen -- censorship, removed comments, trying to push the problem under the rug.
What appeared at first sight to be a simple "website" issue (with the unlock page being down), pretty soon became clear that was a new company policy. You have been warned.

Wonder if it has a glass notch with the sensors in it? It would be flush with the screen so it would look notchless and have the sensors in the display.
