Firstly, yes they are late to the party, but they know they can be late and people will stick with them still. The design is kinda original, despite the patents of Samsung with a possible notch, the IPhone X did implement it very well. And they were late to the bezeless trend becausr they release later in the year. I'm not a fanboy of Apple, but I won't deny they make good products. They're very expensive, but that's the market they're going for. And tbh, if no phones "copied", there literally would be barely any phones with the features we expect of flagships today.

With that being said, the Galaxy S3 came in Black, White, Blue, Red and Brown, wheras the iPhone 4s only came in Black or White

Samsung skipped note 6 and then iphone skipped iphone 9 .. there also they copied samsung, samsung has had wireless charging before u were born, apple started it 6 months back, Samsung has had fast charging since before u were born, apple still does not have it, apple copied samsung's big screen design, apple copied samsung S-pen and made a pencil that is 100 times bigger than s-pen, apple copied small bezel design from samsung, apple will copy edge screen in future.. its like iphone cannot come up with anything original .

SoC, RAM, camera module, battery - general design, nothing special or different from other manufacturers.
But the phone shape, the glass shape, antenna, buttons, frame colours, user interface, user experience, features: all the good stuff is "borrowed" from Apple.
Apple designs devices and then figures out how to design the internal components and structure so everything fits together perfectly. Whereas Samsung and all other Android manufacturers just look for the newest components available on the market and then design a frame to hold them all together. And 90% of the time they don't even bother with that, as they just copy the iPhone's shape, corners, materials, colours, frame model, button position, etc. Truly shameful.
It's so embarassing that it's actually funny. Apple should just start spreading rumours now and then, about some bogus new phone with some silly design, so that Android manufacturers can start working on their replicas. Then, once they all get their replicas on the market, Apple just making an announcement saying that it was all a joke to see how many copycats would take the bait. Then just pop open a beer, sit back, and enjoy the embarassment on everyone.

Man, I don't undesrtand why people support companies that can't come up with something that is 100% their own.
It's like buying one of those cheap Chinese cars that are blatant copies of Mercedes, Range Rover, BMW, etc. Those things should not be bought by anyone, and the people who made them do not deserve any money for their "efforts".

James Whister, 16 May 2018So, what’s better? Exynos 9810 or SD 845?Snapdragon 845. Exynos 9810 is not battery efficient anymore since they increased the gigahertz of their SoC.
They have the same performance, but Snapdragons have more seamless experience when talking about gaming and app performance.

They just want to showcase new colors in a different way like this Burgundy Red showcased for girls who love color red. I'm waiting for that Teddy Brown for the Galaxy Note 9!
