Been using s7 edge for 2 years and it's still faster than my friends iPhone 7 plus... Will be sticking to this phone for a couple more years tbh as there is no need for an upgrade...Previously I've used the s2 for four years but it started to lag after a year But was still usable, I can say that the quality of phones from Samsung has increased a lot recently

So much easy to use and faster than iphone 7. You must speed test and multitasking test. Ios only faster in gaming. Are you comparing Midrange android devices to apple? LOL

Just today got an Android update of over 1GB on my A5 (2017) running Android 8.0 and it is noticeably more responsive. For how long time will tell.

This makes sense. For a company that secretly lower their customer phone performance expecting them to buy a new model, I will happily upgrade to any other brands except them any day.

Luxor, 18 May 2018Comment section full of cancer and triggered fanboys. Hahahahaha.I own neither samsung or apple so I have no dog in the fight.

I just find Samsung's gaul appaling. She is literally the slowest android oem at this point. Literally any chinese phone is faster than a samsung.

They look like great phones on paper, and the camera is great, but overall performance and consistency is rubbish. Both my parents have the same model, yet the screen colour temperature is way off between the two and can't be adjusted to match. The phones lag, don't properly pair to a TV and using VoIP/VoLTE is laggy and below average.

Using the old Samsung S4 in comparison is way smoother and more reliable.

Tbh, iPhone 6 isn't lagging that much even on ios11.
It's like having something with S660 or S636, which is a good mid-range. Also 1GB RAM may not be ideal, but in ios it still holds fine, even if multitasking.
Not to mention if you have iPhone 6s.....

We all know that a Samsung won't last that long, and software wise it will be outdated by the end of next year.

The whole set-up of the marketing ad is nonsensical and desperate.

And use another laggy phone? Good strategy samsung

No privacy on android...iphone is ip... moreBeen using Android in my whole life, and I didn't get any privacy issues from any of the brands of Android devices that I've used (Alcatel, Samsung, Asus, and now currently Xiaomi).

Right now, I'm still thinking of why would one buy a more expensive device from a company that doesn't have any realistic and practical justification for the extra money the company is asking for, when another company is giving the same exact experience, heck even better, for a way more reasonable price tag.

And btw, kindly remind me to congratulate you for finally having VR on your iPhone, just like when you finally got wireless charging and fast charging on your phone.
