I like how they kept telling that the echo was asking OUT LOUD for a confirmation. Like "it's not really our fault, I mean the echo warned you it was doing a thinhg, so it's technically your fault for letting it".
To be fair, they're kind of right. Buying a device like that was your mistake

I agree with amazon staff apologizing to the family. That conversation should have been sent to amazon data centers but by mistake it got sent to one of the family’s contacts. Lol.
