With the new Symbian Belle phones and updated Anna Nokia will again be strong.
I really think Nokia will take the leading role again after Nokia N9 and all the updates.
NOKIA IS THE ONLY SAFE OS for companys

No one brand or OS totally dominant in everything. This is actually the ideal situation for the consumer.

look at the components samsung use , better speakers , better cpu , better gpu , better cameras front and back , better screens , better batterys , better aerials for signal
have you used a htc camera and tryed taking a good picture the detail is so lacking its unreal , their sensors are just poor as are many of the components put inside this ''high quality metal chasis''
did you know that the samsung sgs2 has a metal inner skeleton frame and it is just high grade plastic over the top??
one day people will relaise that light doesnt mean cheap and heavy doesnt mean anyhing more then its a heavyier device to carry

I'm surprised HTC's share of the UK Android market isn't higher as on average every man, woman and child in the UK owns 17.2 HTC Desires.

I'm really glad for Htc! They truly deserve to be in this position because they are working very hard to bring us amazing smartphones, and unlike cheap samsung, htc really cares about the quality of their smartphones! So, yes it seems people still care about built quality at least in UK anyway!
SE also are doing pretty well, despite the recent mess and the earthquake they had in Japan.
I still can't believe that Symbian is still king although android is selling like hot cakes.

I wonder if next year, MS can grab some of that market share that is leaving Symbian. MS took a dive in that past year with the switch from WinMo to WinPhone. Now that Nokia is making Windows Phones, we'll see if MS-Nokia can make an impact in a year.
