CPW Dude, 15 Sep 2011Sorry but lets face it... when all the other little phones ... moreiPhones only rarely lag because the everything is locked and the whole system doesn't have/need much internal security and code checking, and it relies solely on the (usually) watchful eyes of the employees from the apple store to eliminate everything that could pose a threat to the operating system.
That's how it gets that performance boost.
Otherwise, the iPhone would be just as fast as any other phone with 1GHz processor and 512M RAM. Seruiusly.
iOS isn't really a miracle of programming, it's just a sucky locked OS with the benefits... of a sucky locked OS.
Oh, and at least for Android one can torrent apps and screw around with code and stuff. That's something y'all iPhone users will never know how it feels like. Heh, all you'll ever know how to do is go grab for the wallet :)

So don't try to lie, iPhone 4 battery last average two days with medium use or maybe even heavy use. Not bad at all. And yes my iPhone 3gs gets little bit more than half of that result so yes iPhone 4 has like almost half better battery life.

AnonD-1825, 15 Sep 2011My two years old iPhone last easily one day with medium use... morewith no sim card all phones last at least a week, mine was the 32gb 3gs, for continued use the s2 lasts more then double then my 3gs, you shouldnt have to worry about going out and avoiding useing your phone incase it dies on you, especially not for the money they charged me for the privilage

It last 2 days average. (you can find hundreds of screenshots about battery life when the battery is empty) Don't know what iPhone you have had, but of course three hours of net is heavy usage. specially if you use 3G connection or lower or very old iPhone model.
iPhone 4 without using last something like a week, one guy tested it.

[deleted post]i manage about 2 days with my s2 with the settings and options to manage with a fair bit of usage, i had to get rid of my iphone as it lasted 3 hours max on the net and a day without using it, i suppose everyone finds what suits them best in the end,

I still don't know where samsung has used that? Its more like from Mac world http://www.apple.com/macosx/whats-new/gestures.html
That would be very handy for swiping opened apps. feels so natural and easy just like apple would do it if it's possible.
But still i think that's only fake, but if it's true it's definately something new and not copy from samsung :)

iphone is just practical, they know they dont need to make their phones packed with goodies because they know that their fans will buy it anway.
galaxy s 2 and such models are much faster better battery 'fact'
i sold my iphone 4 because i got fed up with using the phone how apple wanted me to use it, i have the desire s now and is far better, faster, same apps (usually free) and FULLY customizable unlike the 'crapple'
i can also back up wirelessly through my gmail which was a good thing when my phone was stolen and my insurance paid out for a new desire s and as soon as my email addy goes into it low and behold theres all my contacts

Most i'm waiting dual CPU because that gives a lot room to play for devs greating great bigger complex apps/games. (if you have seen what kind of apps iPad 2 have WOW) (this is something what android users only can dream off)
Apple is always the one who catch up competition in tech (not sells) because you cant be number one in tech if you release one phone at year, but has it slow down apple? NO.
Of course for me better screen is nice because i have 3gs so no problem.
can't wait to get this phone!

So you are saying you have galaxy s2 and after few months you need to buy another sammy because yours got old already, actually that what's happening now :D there's already coming better galaxy s2 :) iPhone buyers know they have the best product from that brand for year, doesn't need to feel bad because better upgraded model is coming after few months.
