Google Maps is testing floating categories

The feature appears to be in the very early testing stages and would allow an easier way to explore locations nearby.

    I don't understand why Google constantly needs to change maps. It's currently fine, but it doesn't matter and needs a reason to keep employed a staff, I guess?

      Apple Maps is still a Joke, it uses 2012 outdated TomTom navigation data!!!! What a joke, better cease Apple Maps Development

      Btw Sheep's don't brag about Apple Maps USA because, USA is not everything & USA is not the whole world

        Abie Cruz, 29 May 2018they should aquire WAZE, or respond as accurate as WAZE.If you didn't know Google already owns Waze since 2013 but they both work separately. One needs constant internet connection to work (Waze), while the other can download parts of the map and use them offline (Google Maps but also Here WeGo - originally made by Nokia, now developed by a different company)
