Having more features are just better than nothing.
I don't turn them off because they are very handy in particular situations.

I don't know of any other smartphone brand that does this and it is totally obnoxious! Apparently you can go into each app to turn off this but to have to do that in the first place is just wrong.

At least your phone does the most of the time.
Keep it, and wait for another bang for a buck smartphone for the next few years. :)

The Mi Mix series will keep its own identity. At least, that's what I see.

.... Frying pan company. I thought this is one company that will escape the notch ordeal.. with models like the Mi Mix all screen and a chin, their fanboys laughing at notches.

Now.. their fanboys can only facepalm.. and accept this trend lol.

With the SE branding Xiaomi has completely proved that its nothing more than a counterfeit.

Mi 8 is a One to One Ripoff of IPhone X.

This company won't survive a day if they increase their prices and the Backing of the Chinese government threatening other brands to stop their sales in China if they sure for Patent infringement.

Battery drains faster and faster for each and every MIUI update.
Noise cancellation microphone software still has its issues with lots of compression artifacts, which is what I'm saying as an alien-like sound.
Slow motion camera quality is way too low in quality for a 720p video, and Idk why audio's not being recorded either.
Still no 1080p @60fps, EIS (at least for 1080p), and proper Manual camera controls.
The FullScreen Mode (with iPhone X-like gestures) still feels like in BETA Mode.
Idk if it's the app itself or the MIUI, but sometimes YouTube app will suddenly freeze then close.

I'm still satisfied as of now. I just feel like I could've had way better choices if I took enough time to research, because I was actually in a hurry need of a new phone when I bought my Redmi 5 Plus.

                    I want band 3

I'm so excited for this phone. So far, it's more interesting than OnePlus 6.

Lite version is bit less ugly

Is there still any point for waiting for the announcement, or even going to the event??
Chinese OEMs are so excited, that they announce their products through the use of leaks.

On a different note, the MIUI 10 and Android 8.1 Oreo update on my Redmi 5 Plus better be stable and bug-free, with all of our issues all fixed, given how late are you to give us updates.

                                MIUI??
                                Oomph! Not cool, Xiaomi.
