No micro SD card support? On a budget device, are the people at Lenovo on crack?

          Jeez, what a huge disappointment

Anonymous, 05 Jun 2018See Vivo NexLet's see the cons of Nex!!!!

            1. Only the top varient will have pop-up camera, all other will have same notch!!
            2. Earpiece quality
            3. The repair cost of the device.
4.OS & UI update (Software update), but i'm not praising Lenovo as top on that.
            5. Of course the device cost(VFM)

still REDMI NOTE 5 AI is better with 4000Mah

Mister, 05 Jun 2018why sd 636 when you could have used apple A11? heheheForget Apple A11. bring in the A12! lol
Anyhow. let's get serious for a moment.
ALTHOUGH both CPUs of android and iOS are ARM based, the two use different architecture for coding. Apple Ax (6,7,8,9,10,11 and 12) uses an architecture unique to apple called the A32 and A64 (Right now ONLY A64 is compatible with the OS) while android relies on ARM32 and ARM64 (right now ARM64 is majorly used)
these are absulutely different coding styles and commands that are meant for iOS will either not work or do entirely different things in Android. and vice versa.
                just a piece of information.
                cheers!
                Kiya~

They disappointed but i love the price

I feel the device is worth the price, only thing is the CEO who played a game, hyping the device with other products specs they launch...like 45 days and 4TB things... rest all I'm so happy because in market we have two mid rangers with SD 636 and both don't have Type-C and Fast charging as well as the Compact hieght (153mm)!!

Why would you buy this phone at all? There is the redmi note 5 that has simillar specs, simillar price but has more. The redmi note 5 plus has a bigger battery and there is no notch.

A cool 95% screen to body ratio phone.

This is same phone that was photoshopped as Moto Power One.

why sd 636 when you could have used apple A11? hehehe

What the hell! it is not only ugly, but now it does not have anywhere near 95% stb! especially with that ugly chin and notch. Awful chipset! I had a high hope for this one judging from previous leaks when it was pictured as all screen phone, now it is one of the many, but with crappy chipset.

just put a apple logo and iphone wallpaper and you have the new lphone X.

Bring this sweet to Indonesia and it will be auto buy for masses

Nothing wrong with the phone. In fact it provides stellar value for money. Although I would have preferred SD710 + 4GB rather than SD636 + 6GB at the same price point and maybe a beefier battery, but still, at $200, it provides a lot.

What went wrong was the unrealistic hype built around it. There was absolutely no need to go to such lengths to project this as a game-changer or a novelty. Everybody was expecting a flagship-killer, but all we got was a good mid-ranger.

Lenovo should have simply launched the device without too much theater, and should have let its value-for-money aspect do the talking; it would have been good press. But now, it is getting press for all the wrong reasons.

Personally, I am very disappointed. I knew the claims were too good to be true, but was hoping that they would be at least half true.

                                        What a fiasco!
#1> At least Lenovo knows its place and prices it just right. Unlike Huawei.
#2> Tha's what happens when you believe and expect something from a Chinese manufacturer.
#3> Let's start a campaign focused on making fun of this allegedly ''Lenovo's CEO'' (That's not how a responsible and committed executive should behave)
